Julie Eble, Ph.D., president and CEO, founded Critical Path Services, LLC (CPS)
in April 2001 to offer analytical consulting, project management, and technical
writing skills to companies.
In addition to managing the business, Julie also enjoys consulting for a variety
of clients which include supporting an international task force of companies
dealing with a complex environmental issue and developing knowledge management
tools for various clients in regulated scientific industries.
Julie developed her concept for CPS while at DuPont Crop Protection. At DuPont,
Julie managed projects for the agrichemical division ranging from planning and
implementing a business re-engineering to launching a worldwide program for
project-management competency. She also acted the Research Manager for a group
accountable for tactical planning, resource management, and contracting
technical studies aimed towards the successful development and registration of
agrichemicals worldwide. Julie functioned as a Study Director, Sponsor
Representative, and Analytical Coordinator for GLP studies in the areas of fate,
ecotoxicology, and residue chemistry. She also developed numerous analytical
methods using HPLC and GC techniques.
Prior to her employment with Crop Protection, Julie conducted HPLC research at
DuPont's Biomedical Product Chromatography Application Group, and developed
methods and conducted stability and purity tests at Wyeth Laboratories.
Julie holds a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Villanova University
where she studied under Drs. Lloyd Snyder and Robert Grob.
