Susan has a strong laboratory background based on her position as an Associate Scientist for DuPont Haskell Laboratory/DuPont Pharmaceuticals/Bristol Myers Squibb Pharma, where she worked for almost a decade in the Clinical Pathology Section. In this position, Susan provided technical support on all phases of clinical pathology testing required by SOPs, specific protocols, and GLP regulations. This experience, along with her excellent attention to detail, enabled Susan to readily assume her duties as a dossier coordinator and quality assurance auditor and she is now established as the primary auditor for CPS studies and procedures.

Earlier in Susan's career, she prepared DNA probes and monoclonal antibody conjugates. Prior to that, she supported the sales and marketing efforts for plastic blood collection tubes, and gained valuable experience with HLPC and SDS PAGE electrophoresis while purifying monoclonal and polyclonal sera at Terumo Medical Corporation.

Susan holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and is trained as a Medical Technologist.
