INSTRUMENTATION
LC-MS/MS. Two Sciex API 4000™ systems and an Agilent 6410 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer, each equipped with an Agilent 1200® HPLC system.
GC-MS AND GC-FID. Thermo DSQ™ II system.
LC/UV. Agilent 1100 equipped with a diode array detector, well-plate autosampler, thermostatted column compartment and LC3D ChemStation®.
ELISA. Tecan Infinite® F200 microplate reader handles both colorimetric and fluorescence detection.
ASE. Dionex ASE® 350 accelerated solvent extractor
